“Pacmar Technologies worked with EOM Offshore to implement their stretch hose technology in a novel surface buoy deployment in the Pacific Ocean to reduce mooring loads in high sea states while preserving the integrity of the system’s electrical-optical mooring cable. EOM Offshore worked with a significant time constraint and delivered their product on time without any issues, and they were very responsive in developing a specification for the stretch hose that would meet our needs. They also provided data that we could use in OrcaFlex models to quantify mooring load reduction using their product.”
