David holds a Ph.D. in Oceanography from the Scripps Institution of Oceanography, and has spent his career at the forefront of ocean science and engineering. A former senior scientist at the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution (WHOI) and founder of the Woods Hole Group, he has decades of experience leading projects in coastal processes, ocean observing, and marine infrastructure worldwide. As CEO of EOM Offshore, David guides the company’s vision to deliver innovative, reliable solutions for ocean monitoring, renewable energy, and advanced mooring systems.

Oksana has spent more than 20 years at the forefront of administrative challenges, working for international agencies and U.S. companies in both domestic and international locations. Responsible for all administration at EOM/Safe-Moor, Oksana blends responsibilities for finances, accounting, human resources, facilities management, inventory, and other tasks the CEO passes her way

Matt Latvis has nearly ten years of experience in oceanographic systems at the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution and EOM Offshore. Specializing in system design and electronic design, Matt is chiefly responsible for buoy and system design, as well as contributing to sales and operations
