An industry veteran, Dr. Aubrey, successfully founded Woods Hole Group, Inc. 30 years ago, leading Woods Hole Group to its recognition as an international environmental, scientific, and engineering consulting organization. With a 22-year early career at the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution, Dr. Aubrey will transfer his experience and knowledge to the success of EOM Offshore.

Richard Buck brings a successful track record of sales, marketing, and product launch experience to EOM Offshore and its subsidiaries Safe-Moor LLC, and Ocean Tech Services. Richard brings leadership and proven sales management for the domestic and international arenas. His expertise in analyzing existing operations and implementing winning strategies will improve organizational performance, growth, and sustainability.
